The Equipment Logistics Coordinator supports day-to-day warehousing and logistics operations across multiple sites. This role is responsible for coordinating equipment movement, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting operational teams with material handling and site support. The position requires flexibility to travel between facilities and contribute wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing equipment and materials.
- Coordinate movement of equipment between multiple sites
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory tracking, organization, and stock control.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of equipment.
- Provide on-site logistical support to operations teams as required.
- Maintain compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
- Respond to ad hoc site needs and provide general support across facilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience handling equipment or materials in an industrial environment is considered an asset.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Safety certifications such as H2S Alive and First Aid are considered an asset.
- Ability to travel between multiple local sites
