Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. What will you be doing?
- Contribute to and ensure the implementation of the project Risk Management program and processes.
- Guide and engage teams in risk management practices.
- Collaborate closely with the management team, engineering disciplines, and onshore/offshore sites to identify risk events, monitor them, and follow up on defined actions and deadlines.
- Ensure proper risk registration input from customers, disciplines, sites (onshore/offshore), subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare reports for the management team and customers as required.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analyses as needed.
- Facilitate risk management sessions and reviews.
Qualifications we think you should have:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Relevant work experience and competence can compensate for formal education.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to plan and conduct risk sessions and reviews with disciplines, management team, subcontractors, and customers.
- Knowledge and understanding of Risk Management processes (ISO 31000) and operational risks in multidisciplinary project work.
- Proficient in ARM and Microsoft Office.
- Skills, knowledge, and ability to lead risk sessions and reviews.
- Team player, proactive, and able to work independently.
