The project operates as 14/21 Rotation.
Aker Solutions’ New Build segment delivers oil & gas and renewables offshore developments and fabrication products, mainly focused on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and selective international markets. The segment is responsible for large EPCI projects, both within oil and gas and renewables, including business development and project execution, typically large topsides including fixed or floating substructures, onshore facilities, FPSOs offshore wind HVDC topside and jackets, offshore aquaculture floaters and decommissioning and recycling.
What will you be doing?
- Take responsibility for Mechanical Completion (MC) activities within your assigned project scope.
- Plan, prepare, organize, and execute MC activities in accordance with project procedures, schedules, and quality requirements.
- Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) considerations are properly assessed, planned, implemented, and followed up throughout MC activities in your area.
- Contribute to budgeting and cost estimates related to MC activities within your responsibility.
- Participate in developing and maintaining governing documents, procedures, and work instructions required for MC execution.
- Lead and/or perform MC activities within the assigned area of responsibility.
You must have:
- 2+ years of Completion experience within Norwegian oil/gas industry.
- Valid EX, FSE, first aid (practical) courses.
- Experience with ProCoSys and PIMS completion systems.
- Strong competence in ATEX requirements.
We think you should have:
- Solid understanding of work processes within the relevant discipline.
- A technical or bachelor’s degree. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
- Experience with MIPS.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Simulate.
- Good knowledge of MS Office 365.
- Fluency in both English and Norwegian, written and spoken.
