From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities.

What will you be doing?
- Perform maintenance engineering activities across study projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Evaluate maintenance strategies, procedures, systems, and equipment details for topside and subsea.
- Interface with design disciplines to ensure reliability and maintainability are embedded in engineering solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and technical reviews and contribute to bid and proposal work when required.
Qualifications we think you should have:
- Master, bachelor's degree or technical vocational school or specialisations in maintenance or reliability engineering are advantageous.
- Solid understanding of maintenance principles, reliability engineering, and operation and maintenance activities.
- Experience with maintenance engineering in oil & gas or energy projects, and familiarity with relevant NORSOK standards and HAVTIL regulations.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, datasheets, technical drawings, IOMs, etc.
- Strong collaboration skills across disciplines and stakeholders.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with established CMMS systems.
- Available for work in Norway
- Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English
