The IT Specialist I will support enterprise-level data analysis, reporting, and SAP data operations in a fully on-site environment.
This role requires strong hands-on experience with SAP data extraction and manipulation, data analysis, and report development to support business and operational decision-making.

Essential Responsibilities
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and manipulation from SAP systems
- Develop, maintain, and enhance data analysis and reporting solutions
- Utilize Visual Basic and SAP data programming tools to automate and optimize reporting processes
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders on-site to understand reporting requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and resolve discrepancies
- Document reporting processes, data logic, and technical solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data quality and reporting efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in an IT, data analysis, or reporting-focused role
- Strong experience in data analysis and reporting
- Hands-on experience with SAP data extraction and manipulation
- Proficiency in Visual Basic (VB/VBA) or similar data automation tools
- Ability to work with complex datasets and translate data into meaningful insights
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Sugar Land / Houston, TX
