Job Summary
The IT Specialist I will support enterprise-level data analysis, reporting, and SAP data operations in a fully on-site environment.
This role requires strong hands-on experience with SAP data extraction and manipulation, data analysis, and report development to support business and operational decision-making.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with complex datasets within SAP systems.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and manipulation from SAP systems
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance data analysis and reporting solutions
  • Utilize Visual Basic and SAP data programming tools to automate and optimize reporting processes
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders on-site to understand reporting requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and resolve discrepancies
  • Document reporting processes, data logic, and technical solutions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data quality and reporting efficiency.
Essential Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT, data analysis, or reporting-focused role
  • Strong experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with SAP data extraction and manipulation
  • Proficiency in Visual Basic (VB/VBA) or similar data automation tools
  • Ability to work with complex datasets and translate data into meaningful insights
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Sugar Land / Houston, TX
