Aker Solutions’ New Build segment delivers oil & gas and renewables offshore developments and fabrication products, mainly focused on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and selective international markets. The segment is responsible for large EPCI projects, both within oil and gas and renewables, including business development and project execution, typically large topsides including fixed or floating substructures, onshore facilities, FPSOs offshore wind HVDC topside and jackets, offshore aquaculture floaters and decommissioning and recycling.

What will you be doing?
- Contributing to FMECA and RCM analyses.
- Supporting development of preventive maintenance.
- Developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules according to client CMMS.
- Implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies to develop optimized maintenance plans.
- Recommending appropriate maintenance strategies based on consequence analysis, FMECA, and RCM results.
Qualifications we think you should have:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree within maintenance, reliability, or related fields. Relevant work experience may compensate for missing formal education.
- Knowledge of operational and maintenance requirements for oil and gas facilities (NORSOK Z‑008, ISO 14224).
- 0–5 years of maintenance experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of equipment functionality and performance.
- Ability to develop and optimize operation and maintenance procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proactive and willing to learn new things.
- Experience with creation of Preventive Maintenance Programs.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Norwegian language is a plus.

Contract duration: 31st of December 2026 with option for extension
