Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.
 
What will you be doing?
  • Performing Reliability & Maintenance (R&M) engineering in various Front‑End studies, with focus on low‑manning installations
  • Contributing to ENTR Consultancy’s front‑end engineering activities
  • Working across project phases from early studies to execution
  • Supporting maintenance strategies, workload and OPEX analysis, RAM analysis and turnaround studies
  • Providing input to digitalization, condition monitoring and improved operational performance
  • Ensuring strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
 
We think you should have:
  • Experience as an R&M Engineer across all project phases, from Front‑End to Execution
  • Knowledge within maintenance analysis, OPEX/workload studies, RAM analysis and low‑manning installation concepts
  • Experience with digitalization and condition monitoring
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with an analytical and customer‑focused mindset
  • Knowledge of NORSOK Z‑008 and ISO 14224 is an advantage
  • English and Norwegian language skills
  • BSc or MSc degree; operational/field experience may compensate and is highly valued
  • Practical background from operations or maintenance is considered a strong advantage
  • Preferred location is Bergen, but other locations may be considered
