Your responsabilities:
As Purchaser you will be part of the site/overhaul group within the Supply Chain and support mainly DLS overhaul and major projects in the completion phase to serve demands for components and services that arise.
- Execute and follow up the purchase to pay process.
- Issue purchase orders.
- Follow up deliveries, order confirmations, NCRs, invoices and KPIs.
- Follow up suppliers and ensure
- Bachelor’s in business, Finance or Supply chain. Relevant work experience can compensate for the lack of formal education.
- ERP system knowledge is required.
- SAP proficiency is a plus.
- You thrive in finding solutions to serve short term demands.
- You are proactive and know who to contact in order to get swift replies.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work both independently and in team.
- You are structured and organized.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal. Norwegian language is a plus
