OneSubsea Moss is a world‑leading facility for the production of control cables (umbilicals), supplying products to multiple customers and projects.

Our Quality department (Quality and Continuous Improvement) is now looking for a Quality Engineer.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and drive quality and continuous improvement within your project area
• Drive improvement activities, including audits and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), aligned with cost targets
• Ensure implementation of Project Execution Model (PEM) for your Projects and execution of Gate Reviews as required
• Lead, coordinate, and report on quality deviations, including follow‑up of critical issues
• Provide quality evidence and documentation to internal stakeholders
• Develop, track, and report relevant KPIs to drive performance.
• Manage handover of umbilicals to customer representatives and ensure closure og deviations in the MCCR process

We are looking for candidates who:

• 3+ years of experience in relevant quality roles, preferably within the oil and gas industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or another relevant field
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and NORSOK requirements
• Systematic and analytical mindset with skills in process improvement
• Experience with improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.) is an advantage
• Customer‑focused and self‑driven, with the ability to make independent decisions
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Norwegian is an advantage
