Quality Surveillance EIT Engineer – Ensure Excellence in Landmark CCS Projects

On behalf of our elite client, we are seeking an experienced Quality Surveillance Engineer with a background in onshore or offshore projects. In this role, you will be a key contributor ensuring that engineering projects meet the highest standards through diligent inspection, monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

Proven experience with EIT equipment, including inspections and quality surveillance
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in remote or distributed environments
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Proficiency with tools such as MIPS, CCS, IX, Aize, and ProArc
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe for site visits and procurement follow‑ups

Nice-to-Have Skills

Norwegian language skills
Knowledge of European procurement standards and compliance frameworks
Experience from EPCIC or other large‑scale industrial projects
Strong communication and teamwork abilities across geographically dispersed teams

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, or a related discipline
Extensive relevant experience may compensate for the lack of formal education.

Other Requirements

Ready and able to travel extensively across Europe, often independently
Ability to work from home office or from locations in Oslo or Stord when not traveling
Reliable, self-driven, and committed to safety and quality in all deliverables
