What will you be doing?
- The person having this engineering role may also act as PRE for rotating equipment packages
- Responsible for the compressor package
Qualifications we think you should have:
- Do you have MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience
- Detail understanding of NORSOK R-001 / R-002 and international standards and design codes related to the rotating equipment.
- Detailed knowledge of API pump requirements and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC are relevant for this role.
- Knowledge of mechanical packages including such as rotating equipment, e.g. pumps, turbines and compressors
- Experience within preparation of technical specifications, requisitions and technical assessment of supplier bids, Factory Acceptance Testing of rotating equipment.
- It will be advantageous with experience as mechanical field engineer and also experience within other engineering disciplines, i.e. piping
- The candidate should have interdisciplinary thinking and understanding, be an excellent team worker.
- Software Skills: TIME
- Available for work in Norway
- Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English
