Role Summary:-
A billing analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely customer billing by analyzing billing data, generating invoices, and resolving disputes. Essential Responsibilities:-
- Generate and send invoices: Prepare and distribute accurate invoices to clients for services and products.
- Analyze billing data: Review financial data to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and verify compliance with company policies and contracts
- Process payments: Handle incoming payments and update client accounts to reflect payments received
- Resolve disputes: Investigate and resolve any billing-related issues or discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
- Manage customer accounts: Maintain updated and organized customer financial records and account information
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or billing & collection
- Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting/ Business Administration
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
