A large-scale FPSO project is entering its EPC phase in September 2025 and will continue through to 2028. To strengthen the project team, we are seeking an experienced Change Coordinator to manage and streamline the project’s change control processes.
Role Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate the project’s change management system and workflows.
- Maintain the Master Change Register (MCR) with accurate daily updates.
- Prepare Change Estimating Records (CIRs) based on approved project change alerts, consolidating inputs from all relevant disciplines.
- Obtain timely approvals for CIRs and escalate as needed.
- Develop Variation Order Requests (VORs) or Notifications (VONs) for client submission.
- Ensure approved changes are implemented into cost control and planning systems in a traceable manner.
- Communicate change status and impacts clearly to project stakeholders.
- Review change requests and VORs from subcontractors.
- Support project management with commercial, contractual, and forensic change-related matters.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience as a Cost Engineer, Estimator, or Change Coordinator on large EPC projects (>USD 100M).
- Strong understanding of cost control, planning, and contractual mechanisms in major industrial projects.
- Proficiency in ERP and scheduling tools (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics, Primavera P6).
- Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivot tables, graphs).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise contractual documentation.
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative personality with strong commercial awareness.
- Willingness to travel and work internationally when required.
