Aker Solutions in Aberdeen are looking for a Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
To follow up logistics of all material to and from Aberdeen & Jackdaw within the timeframe as stated in the Subcontract
Be the connecting link between offshore and home office
Keep project and client informed of material logistics
Co-operate positively in a good manner with all relevant parties in the project
Follow up and promote HSSE requirements in all project stages
Role Skills:
Follow up that materials are sent offshore in due time
Expedite missing material or establish topping up in agreement with Onshore Construction Lead
Follow up logistics of all material to and from Aberdeen & Jackdaw within the timeframe as stated in the Subcontract
Be the connecting link between offshore and home office
Familiar with procurement procedures and requirements
Experience from project work and storeman duties / material co-ordination
Software Skills - MIPS;365 Office
