Our department in Ågotnes was established in 1994. We support subsea projects from cradle to grave. We provide technical services, onshore and offshore, during Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning of Subsea Production Systems (XTs, Wellhead, Tooling, Control Systems, Connection Systems and Intervention Systems). We have in-house workshop facilities for Maintenance, Repair, Refurbishment, High-Pressure Testing and Pits, Electronic Laboratories for control interfaces. We are located at Coast Center Base outside Bergen.

What will you be doing?

As an Engineer in Subsea Lifecycle Services at OneSubsea, you will play a key role in supporting activities from planning through execution. You will:

  • Deliver technical support during Maintenance, Installation and Commissioning of XTs, Wellheads, Controls Systems, Connection Systems or Completion Workover Riser systems
  • Act as a primary engineering contact for our clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Collaborate closely with field teams and workshop to drive service quality and resolve technical challenges
  • Review lessons learned and feed insights back into product and process improvements
  • Participate in engineering risk assessments, procedural and drawings reviews
  • Lead or contribute to investigations and reports on service quality and performance

  • Have a professional background and experience that includes: 
    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering 
    • Desirable previous experience with Subsea Production Systems equipment (XTs, Wellhead, Tooling, Control Systems, Connection Systems and Intervention Systems)
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to technical and service challenges
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
  • Desire to work with design and project implementation
  • Willingness to learn from engineers and technical colleagues in the workshop and offshore field operations
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment with project, engineering, workshop and offshore field operations
  • Ability to plan and prioritize activities
