In this role, you will:
- Assist managers in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
- Support line management on HR tools and processes, including performance appraisals, career planning, succession planning and career orientation reviews.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
(Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lack of formal education). - A minimum of two years of experience in an HR advisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
