Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. What will you be doing?
- Perform Reliability & Maintenance (R&M) Engineering in front-end studies
- Focus on solutions for low-manning or unmanned installations
- Contribute to early-phase engineering with a reliability and maintenance perspective
- You have proven experience as an R&M Engineer across all project phases, from front-end to execution
- You have knowledge in maintenance analysis (e.g. O&M strategy, workload/OPEX analysis), RAM analysis and/or turnaround studies, analysis related to unmanned or low-manned installations
- You have preferably operational or leadership experience
- BSc or MSc in relevant field, operational experience may compensate for formal education
- You are a team player with a proactive mindset, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are customer-focused and quality-oriented
- Knowledge of NORSOK Z-008 and ISO 14224 is an advantage
- You can work on-site in Bergen
