Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain work processes and routines for efficient planning within O&R (Overhaul & Repair) activities.
- Ensure sufficient quality on plans and schedules, including sub activities and dependencies for our execution of I&C assignments, SPS deliveries and Workshop operations
- Ensure promptly and correct progress reporting
- Resource planning, analysis and forecasting
- Create and maintain schedule templates
- Proactively analyse and identify delays, and initiate recovery actions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master in relevant field. Relevant technical experience can compensate the lack of formal education
- Strong understanding of the complexity involved in our offshore/site executions
- At least 2 years’ experience with overhaul and offshore installation is needed
- Familiarity with Microsoft Planner and/or Safran
- Ability to identify dependencies in sub-activities
- Proactive in seeking information
- Close communication with Project Manager and Finance
- Fluent in English both oral and written. Norwegian language is a plus
