We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional to provide regulatory compliance support for our upcoming offshore wind HVDC tender and project execution start-up phase.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the German regulatory regime for offshore wind installations, specifically the BSH (Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie) standards and the associated documentation and certification processes.
What will you be doing?
• Solid insight into the regulatory regime for German offshore wind installations, including BSH standards and the related documentation and certification processes.
• Fluent speaker of the German language is a clear advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of the German TSO setup and the German road map/site development plans for offshore wind.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Education:
• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance for offshore wind projects in Germany.
• Demonstrated expertise in BSH regulations and certification processes.
Work location: Fornebu (Oslo), Norway
Contract duration: Start ASAP with initial contract until Dec. 2025 and options for extensions.

- Provide expert regulatory compliance support on German BSH regulations in connection with upcoming offshore wind HVDC tenders
- Provide input to required project compliance activities during project execution to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables required in connection with BSH certification requirements
- Contribute to validate that all project documentation and certification processes meet the stringent requirements set by the BSH
- Collaborate with Aker Solutions internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay updated on the latest developments in German offshore wind regulations and provide guidance on their implications for our projects
- Provide further insight into German Transmission System Operator TSO market and German site development plan for offshore wind
