Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.
 
What will you be doing?
  • Establishing and maintaining installation schedules in close cooperation with method and installation teams
  • Ensuring progress aligns with project targets through close collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Actively following up installation plans both offshore and onshore
  • Developing and maintaining the project planning basis, ensuring alignment between contractor schedules and the overall project plan
  • Monitoring progress and performing planning and trend analysis, including float and critical path
  • Maintaining clear communication and coordination with stakeholders, senior management and contractors
  • Proposing measures for schedule recovery and securing key project milestones
 
We think you should have:
  • Preferably minimum 5 years of relevant experience in planning or project execution
  • Offshore or other relevant practical experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive, proactive mindset
  • Experience with Safran Project
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree within engineering or economics
