Job Title:- Inventory Specialist
Location:- Dammam - Modon
Role Type - NES Contractor
Contract Duration - 6 Months (can be extended as per need)
Salary - Can be discussed 

Role Summary:-

An Inventory Specialist manages the flow of goods, ensuring accurate stock levels by tracking, receiving, storing, and distributing items, using software for data entry and analysis, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with customer and internal teams to optimize efficiency, prevent losses, and meet demand. Key duties involve physical counts, record-keeping, managing warehouse space.

Essential Responsibilities:-

•Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts, physical inventories), track movement (in/out), and update records in the management system.
•Receiving & Storage: Accept deliveries, inspect for damage, sort, and store items efficiently in designated warehouse space.
•Distribution: Pull and deliver stock to departments, process requisitions, and manage special orders.
•Data Management: Maintain accurate computerized and manual records, analyzing usage trends to set reorder points.
•Warehouse Operations: Plan space utilization, manage stock rotation, and potentially train staff on procedures.

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-

•Years of experience: Minimum 5 year Plus
•Field of experience: Experience in inventory, supply chain, or warehouse roles.
•Technical Skills:
•Soft Skills: Good in English, Microsoft, Excel-ERP like Oracle, Telnet
•Tools or Software (Required - Preferred): ERP, Oracle, Telnet
•Education Qualifications: High school diploma/GED or higher
•Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred-): Oil & Gas
•Target Companies: Oil & Gas
•Off-limits Companies: N/A
•Required Accreditations / Qualifications: High school diploma/GED or higher / Certification-Prefer Supply chain / Licenses including Driving License: YES
