Key Requirements:
- 7-10+ years' experience as a Commercial/Corporate Lawyer within the Energy sector.
- Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and contract management.
- Experience with Oil & Gas, LNG, EPC/EPCM, Construction, Engineering Consultancy, or PMC projects.
- Proven background managing JV, consortium, customer, supplier, and subcontractor agreements.
- Knowledge of procurement, consultancy, and commercial contracts.
- Experience on US-based Energy projects is highly advantageous.
- LLB required; LLM preferred.
- Licensed Attorney / Solicitor / Advocate.
- CIArb, Energy Law, International Construction Law, Governance, Compliance, or Anti-Bribery certifications.
