HMH is looking for a Global Training Coordinator to support our global Training organization. In this role, you will be at the center of HMH`s training administration activities, helping ensure that courses, participants, systems, and processes run smoothly across their global organization.
You will work closely with colleagues around the world and play an important role in maintaining training programs, supporting users, and improving the way we work.

What will you be doing?
As our Global Training Coordinator, you will:
  • Coordinate and administer internal and external training activities.
  • Manage course setup, enrollments, and training records in Workday and other systems.
  • Support the global Training organization with training-related inquiries.
  • Maintain training documentation and information across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate participant communications, certificates, and training follow-up activities.
  • Contribute to improving and automating training administration processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Training team as needed.

  • Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. Norwegian language is a plus.
  • Work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions and locations.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Workday, SAP, learning management systems, or similar tools is an advantage.

Location: Kristiansand, Norway
Workload: 60% fixed-term position
Contract duration: 1 year with option for extension.
Potential for extension and increase of position percentage based on business needs
