Job Title:- Field Supervisor/Mud Logging Technician
Location:- Kuwait
Role Type: - NES Contractor
Role Based: Workshop
Contract Duration : 1 Year (Subjected to renewal)
Work Rotation: - · Rotation / Work Schedule: 8 weeks on -3 weeks Off  (or as per operational requirement)

Role Summary:-
Responsible for providing technical support from the base and at rig site, including maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, preparation, and commissioning of the mudlogging Unit and related sensors and equipment


Essential Responsibilities:-
  • Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of the Mudlogging Unit
  • Troubleshooting and repair of electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and computer-related issues.
  • Troubleshooting of Unit Pressurization system
  • Troubleshooting and repair of Gas System
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of Mudlogging equipment and sensors.
  • Supporting data acquisition and transmission from the rig site.
  • Carrying out equipment checks, calibration, and basic fault diagnostics.
  • Maintaining proper documentation, maintenance records, and daily reports.
  • Working closely with the Mudlogging Engineer and rig crew to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Following all HSE requirements and company/client procedures.


Qualifications/Requirements:-
  • Previous experience in Mudlogging / Oil & Gas field operations ( 5 years )
  • Engineering degree electrical/electronic and instrumentation
  • Graduate in Science with proven experience as Mudlogging Technician


Desired Characteristics:-
  • Experience with Baker Hughes Mudlogging systems would be highly advantageous
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical/electronic and instrumentation systems.
  • Willingness to work on rotation basis.
