Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities.
What will you be doing?
- Establish and maintain project installation schedules in close cooperation with the method and installation teams.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure project progress is achieved in line with project targets.
- Actively follow up installation plans for both offshore and onshore activities.
- Contribute to the setup, development, and updating of the project planning basis.
- Ensure consistency between contractors' schedules and the overall project plan.
- Proactively monitor and follow up project progress and performance.
- Maintain effective communication and interfaces with stakeholders, senior management, and contractors.
- Support planning and trend analysis activities, including float and critical path analysis.
- Develop and propose schedule recovery plans to maintain key project milestones.
We think you should have:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Preferably a minimum of 5 years of relevant planning and project execution experience.
- Offshore experience or other relevant practical experience is an advantage.
- Experience with project planning and scheduling activities.
- Proficiency in Safran
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Strong collaboration skills and a positive, proactive mindset.
