Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests
- Welcome and greet visitors, manage check-ins, and issue visitor badges/name tags
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area
- Support general office upkeep and coordination
- Arrange and coordinate catering for meetings and events
- Process expense reports and assist with administrative documentation
- Provide travel booking and travel support for employees
- Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to support daily office operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and take initiative to enhance office efficiency
- 1 to 2 years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and looks for ways to add value
