Personnel can be based in either Trondheim, Bergen or Stavanger


What will you be doing? 
  • Support maintenance engineering work across all project phases, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and industry standards. 
  • Work closely with design teams to ensure maintainability is considered in all engineering solutions. 
  • Establish and maintain the technical hierarchy and perform consequence classifications. 
  • Create and update inspection programs based on equipment needs and criticality. 
  • Develop and revise preventive and condition based maintenance (PM/CBM) programs. 
  • Evaluate spare part needs to support maintenance strategies and ensure availability. 
  • Ensure all work follows project execution models, meet scheduled targets, and adheres to quality and HSSE standards. Participate in client meetings, technical reviews, and estimate activities when needed

Qualifications we think you should have:
  • Do you have MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience
  • 5 years of experience within reliability and maintenance engineering. 
  • Good understanding of operational and maintenance requirements for industrial facilities, especially within oil & gas and renewables. 
  • Solid knowledge of equipment functionality, performance, and maintenance principles, including reliability engineering and asset integrity. 
  • Familiarity with NORSOK Z 008 and general maintenance methodology. 
  • Experience with maintenance engineering activities in oil & gas or energy projects. 
  • Understanding of offshore equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. 
  • Ability to interpret P&IDs, datasheets, and technical drawings. 
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities. 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across disciplines and stakeholders. 
  • Comfortable working in Norwegian and English; team oriented, proactive, communicative, and hands on. Available for work in Norway.
