Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing and execution of procurement packages throughout Feed and EPC project phases
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements
- Manage supplier relationships to maximize use of industry products and standard solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, compliance, and HSSE
- Prepare RFQs, conduct negotiations, and oversee contract administration (VORs, claims, etc.)
- Monitor delivery timelines, cost, quality, and compliance
- Report on procurement progress and manage change control effectively
- Bachelor’s in business, Finance or Supply chain. Relevant work experience can compensate for the lack of formal education.
- 5-7 years of procurement experience, with a strong focus on technically complex packages.
- Proficient in contract management, RFQ preparation, negotiation, and administration.
- Experience working in EPC project environments and partnering with engineering teams.
- Knowledge of SAP Procurement (S4H), Ariba, and VIM systems.
- Strong contract review, change management, and reporting skills.
- Technical education preferred, with commercial or administrative procurement experience.
- Excellent communication, flexibility, and a determined, independent work style.
- Commitment to HSSE and quality standards in all procurement activities.
