About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Brand Strategy & Communications Specialist to play a key role in developing and delivering below-the-line (BTL) marketing and communications initiatives that support business objectives across fuels, EV, and non-fuel retail offerings.
Working closely with Brand and Customer Value Proposition (CVP) leaders, you will manage end-to-end communications development and execution, ensuring campaigns align with customer insights, business priorities, and brand standards. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to one of the world's most recognizable mobility brands while supporting innovative customer experiences during the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Communications Delivery
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of BTL marketing activations supporting annual sales and mobility marketing plans.
  • Coordinate agency partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand, and timely campaign delivery.
  • Ensure marketing activities align with business priorities, customer insights, legal requirements, and brand governance standards.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and compliance concerns as required.
Strategic Partnership & Planning
  • Collaborate with Product and CVP Owners to develop clear, insight-driven marketing briefs.
  • Align communications strategies with business goals and ensure effective market execution.
  • Translate brand strategies into impactful customer-facing communications and experiences.
Performance Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results.
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness, customer engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Apply data, analytics, and testing methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Agency & Vendor Management
  • Serve as the primary contract holder for BTL agency relationships.
  • Partner with Procurement to develop scopes of work, manage contracts, and review agency performance.
  • Provide direction and feedback to agency partners while fostering strong collaborative relationships.
Budget Management
  • Manage annual marketing budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and spend tracking.
  • Oversee budget phasing, variance reporting, and agency scope management.
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize marketing impact.
Qualifications
Required Experience
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, or Integrated Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end BTL campaigns from briefing and execution through optimization and post-campaign reviews.
  • Experience developing advertising and communications programs in either client-side or agency environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing agency partners, budgets, scopes of work, and performance outcomes.
  • Experience working within brand governance, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong financial acumen, including marketing budget management and forecasting.
