Job Title:- OIC Order Fulfilment - ODS
Location:- Dubai Techno Park
Role Type:- NES Contractor

Role Summary:-
The order fulfilment role is responsible for managing customer orders end-to-end from order receipt through delivery to order closure ensuring accuracy, on time performance and a strong customer experience. The role will require for you to work collaboratively across key stakeholders such as Sales, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse to ensure orders are executed efficiently and issues are proactively resolved.

Essential Responsibilities:-
· Order Management including receiving, reviewing and processing the customer order into SAP. This will entail validating order details and resolving any discrepancies with the sales team.
· Material management including checking inventory availability, planned supply and evaluating realistic delivery commitments
· Proactively identifying risks such as shortages, delays, availability and driving risk mitigation actions to ensure on time delivery
· Working closely with logistics to coordinate transportation requirements to meet delivery needs

• Years of experience: Few Years around 4+
• Field of experience: na
• Technical Skills: Preferred Chemicals, SAP, Logistics, Order Management, Buyer, Customer operations, Excel
• Soft Skills: Problem solving skills, strong communication, stakeholder management, determination, time management
• Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): Preferred SAP
• Education Qualifications: Degree
• Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Preferred Chemicals same as technical skills
• Target Companies: Unknown
