Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager (Specialist) to support a large-scale, multi-year ERP transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for developing and executing organizational change management (OCM) strategies that drive stakeholder engagement, readiness, adoption, and long-term sustainment across multiple business groups and organizational levels, including senior leadership.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and development strategies, and transformation leadership. Experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Operations teams, and complex enterprise-wide initiatives is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy & Planning
- Apply advanced organizational change management expertise to assess, plan, and implement change strategies for a multi-year ERP implementation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans that support business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption.
- Utilize established OCM standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices to deliver tailored change solutions.
- Conduct and evaluate detailed organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change impact assessments.
- Develop and implement communication strategies that support project objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Prepare and coach key stakeholders and leaders to effectively deliver communications, presentations, and change-related messaging.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to gain sponsorship, engagement, and support.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively address resistance and adoption challenges.
Leadership Support & Coaching
- Consult with leaders and sponsors to secure alignment and commitment to change initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance on change leadership, sponsor effectiveness, and resistance management.
- Support project managers, business leads, sponsors, project teams, and extended change networks in executing successful change strategies.
- Develop learning and transition strategies to support employee readiness and capability development.
- Monitor adoption metrics and organizational readiness throughout implementation.
- Identify adoption gaps and implement corrective actions to improve realization of business benefits.
- Facilitate sustainment planning with business leaders and process owners to embed and operationalize change.
- Identify, assess, and manage change-related risks, issues, and competing priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Escalate significant risks and concerns to leadership while recommending mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and provide progress reporting to key stakeholders.
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Change Management teams to deliver integrated change solutions.

- Participating in communities of practice and professional development initiatives
- Championing the value and impact of organizational change management across the organization
Required Education
- University degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development in organizational change management or related fields.
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Prosci certification and/or other recognized change management certifications or professional designations.
- Experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Operations teams, processes, and transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading organizational change management activities on complex, multi-year transformation programs.
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations.
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
