On behalf of our elite client, we are seeking an experienced Quality Surveillance Engineer with a background in onshore or offshore projects. In this role, you will be a key contributor ensuring that engineering projects meet the highest standards through diligent inspection, monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills
- Proven experience with EIT equipment, including inspections and quality surveillance
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in remote or distributed environments
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with tools such as MIPS, CCS, IX, Aize, and ProArc
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe for site visits and procurement follow ups
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Norwegian language skills
- Knowledge of European procurement standards and compliance frameworks
- Experience from EPCIC or other large scale industrial projects
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities across geographically dispersed teams
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, or a related discipline
- Extensive relevant experience may compensate for the lack of formal education.
Other Requirements
- Ready and able to travel extensively across Europe, often independently
- Ability to work from home office or from locations in Oslo or Stord when not traveling
- Reliable, self-driven, and committed to safety and quality in all deliverables
