Senior Contract Management Specialist (Mining Projects)
Contract Term: Immediate Start – July 2027
Location: Saskatoon, SK / Hybrid
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Management Specialist to support a major mining project in a post-contract environment. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in both pre- and post-contract management for large capital project packages, including Dry Mill and Wet Mill scopes.

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Management Specialist to support a major mining project in a post-contract environment. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in both pre- and post-contract management for large capital project packages, including Dry Mill and Wet Mill scopes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract administration and change management processes.
- Draft and issue contractual correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Review, certify, and process contractor payment applications.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and agree upon contract changes and variations.
- Provide expert guidance on contract compliance and risk management.
- Support stakeholder engagement across project teams and contractors.
- Extensive experience in pre- and post-award contract management on large industrial, mining, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of contract change management, claims, payments, and commercial administration.
- Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced project environment and hit the ground running.
- 10-hour days, Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid arrangement with alternating work-from-home and office weeks.
- Bi-weekly travel to the project site at Jansen as part of office attendance requirements.
