Job Title: Commercial Governance Adviser
Location: Dubai, UAE
Work Schedule: 5 Days/ Week & 8 Hours / Day
Role base (Office, Onshore, Offshore or Workshop): Office based / remote (as needed)
Contract Duration:  6 Months

Role Summary
:-
The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the commercial governance framework to ensure commercial risks are appropriately managed while supporting business growth.

Essential Responsibilities:-
  1. Commercial Risk Management
  • Own and enhance commercial governance processes, policies, and controls.
  • Ensure commercial risks are identified, monitored, and mitigated.
  • Drive consistency across regions, businesses, and sales teams.
2. Governance Adoption & Change Management
  • Drive adherence to governance requirements across Sales and Commercial teams.
  • Influence stakeholders and embed governance into day-to-day operations.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs as needed.
3. Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and leadership reporting.
  • Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor commercial process effectiveness.
4. Quality Control & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead reviews and assessments of commercial processes.
  • Identify gaps in CRM usage, policy compliance, and process execution.
  • Develop and execute quality-control frameworks.
Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-
Years of experience:  8+
Field of experience: Commercial, Risk Management
Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): Salesforce, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Power BI/Tableau, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams
Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Engineering Services, Technology-enabled Commercial Operations
