Role Summary: -
- We are looking for a proactive and analytical Data Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for improving data quality, developing dashboards and reporting solutions, and identifying new technologies that enhance automation and business performance.
Essential Responsibilities: -
- Clean, validate, and maintain business data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reporting activities.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, AI tools, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements.
Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies): -
- Years of experience: 5-7 years
- Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computing science or equivalent experience 7 to 10 years
- Field of experience: Supply Chain and Computing Sciences
- Technical Skills: Data Management, Data Cleansing/ transformation, SQL proficiency, Power Query, Data Modelling/ governance, Microsoft Applications, Copilot or other AI models.
- Soft Skills: Clean, validate, and maintain business data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI. Analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reporting activities. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, AI tools, and automation solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements.
- Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): Microsoft 365, Copilot, C3.ai, SAP/ Oracle/ Ariba, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Open AI
- Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Data Science Companies.
- Target Compagnies : IBM, TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys, Siemens Digital Industries etc..
- Off-limits Companies: Cactus
- Required Accreditations / Qualifications / Certification / Licenses, including Driving License: Bachelor’s degree
