Quantity Surveyor
Overview:
We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support pre-construction activities in the office, with the opportunity to transition to an active construction site. This role focuses on cost control, budgeting, and contractor coordination within industrial projects.

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support pre-construction activities in the office, with the opportunity to transition to an active construction site. This role focuses on cost control, budgeting, and contractor coordination within industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
- Monitor project costs and manage variations
- Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Prepare cost reports and support risk analysis
- Assist with project planning and coordination
- 3+ years of experience in construction (industrial/oil & gas preferred)
- Knowledge of cost control, contracts (FIDIC), and construction processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and cost management tools
- Experience on large industrial or energy projects
- Professional certifications (RICS, AIQS)
