Job Title: Services Manager 2 - Warehouse and Logistics Ops_LPB
Location: SAU-Dhahran
Rotation / Work Schedule:  9 hours, 5 Days / Week (Additional hours as required to support operational activities and business continuity.) Role base (Office, Onshore, Offshore or Workshop): ?? Office Based with regular Warehouse and Yard visits, 3rd party audit visit. Contract Duration:  Permanent / Long-Term Assignment

Role Summary
:- As a Services Manager - Warehouse & Logistics Operations, you are responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective execution of standard warehouse, yard, and domestic logistics processes. This includes managing receiving, storage, inventory handling, yard operations, and domestic transportation activities while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring third-party service providers to ensure operational efficiency, service excellence, and full adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements. Additionally, the position drives continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, operational performance, and customer satisfaction across warehouse and logistics operations.
Essential Responsibilities:-
  • Manage warehouse receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control activities.
  • Oversee yard management operations to ensure efficient material flow and space utilization.
  • Coordinate and monitor domestic transportation and trucking activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Manage and evaluate third-party logistics providers and warehouse contractors.
  • Monitor KPIs, service levels, productivity, and operational costs.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, transaction processing, and reporting.
  • Support business continuity and maintain customer service commitments.
 
Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-
  • Years of experience:
  • 8 to 12 years in Warehouse, Logistics, Yard Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
  • Field of experience: Warehouse Management, Logistics & Transportation Operations, Supply Chain Management, Inventory & Materials Management, Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management.
  • Technical Skills: ??

  • Education Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): ??
