What will you be doing?
- HSSE, jointly responsible for Health, Security, Safety and Environmental aspects are thoroughly assessed, planned, implemented and followed up for all commissioning activities within the area of responsibility.
- Prepare and plan commissioning activities within their area of responsibility
- Provide input to budget and cost of the project commissioning activities within the area of responsibility
- Jointly responsible for the establishment of governing documents, procedures and work instructions/routines as required for Commissioning within given responsibility
- Define commissioning package structure in ProCoSys
- Define and maintain boundary drawings for commissioning packages
- Define commissioning preservation requirement
- Define MCCRs, CPCLs and CPCRs for all MC and commissioning packages
- Valuation of the requirements for commissioning spares, consumable materials, temporaries, specialized tools, test equipment, safety equipment, first fill and chemicals
- Compile/make detailed commissioning procedures
- Develop commissioning job cards, e.g. for N2He leak testing
- Establish commissioning requirements into technical specification for supplier packages
- Participate in discipline and project meetings
- Participate at the FATs of selected supplier packages
- Establish and follow-up of commissioning punch in ProCoSys if applicable
- Prepare and call-off the required ATS services
Qualifications we think you should have:
- Do you have MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience
- The ability to acquire detailed knowledge of the project contract and the scope of the project
- The ability to acquire knowledge of Aker Solutions and Company’s management systems and Operating system
- Knowledge and competence within the area of Completion
- Knowledge of the dependencies between; Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, Completion and the different roles in the offshore organisation Specific
- Knowledge about N2He will be preferable
- Software Skills: Project specific
- Available for work in Norway
- Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English
