Job Title: Field Operator III - FLD/LMP Operator
Location: Kuwait
Rotation / Work Schedule: 6 months working 15 days off (may vary as per business need)
Role-based (Office, Onshore, Offshore or Workshop): Onshore
Contract Duration: 12 months

Role Summary: - Leads and executes complex field operations, providing technical expertise and guidance to field crews. Drives operational excellence through effective planning, problem-solving, equipment optimization, and strict compliance with HSE and quality standards to meet customer expectations.
Essential Responsibilities: -

• The Operator supports day-to-day operations of Liquid Mud PLant (LMP) and rig site activities by monitoring, controlling, operating, and maintaining equipment used in Drilling and Completion fluids mixing processes. This includes handling compressors, OBM tanks, transfer lines, barite and bentonite transfer and mixing systems, mud additives mixing, handling, and moving, repalletizing products, cutting big bags, handling high pressure lines, handling compressors, pumps, and ensuring smooth operation of LMP and MMP equipment at the rig site in accordance with safety and operational standards.
• Operate equipment such as pumps, mixers, tanks, compressors, generators, vacuum tankers, bulk trucks, assist forklift drivers.
• Perform routine tasks in warehouse housekeeping as directed by the LMP and warehouse Supervisors.
• Assist in chemical handling, mixing, and transfer activities following safety protocols.
• Comply with HSE policies, including proper use of PPE and spill containment.

Qualifications/Requirements: -

• BSc/Diploma in relevant discipline
• 5+ Years of experience within Liquid Mud Plant equipment operations
