Job Title: Fishing Engineer/Fishing Supervisor
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Rotation / Work Schedule: Rotation 6 ON/4 OFF  
Role-based (Office, Onshore, Offshore or Workshop): Onshore, Offshore or Workshop
Contract Duration: 1 year (can be extended )

Role Summary:-
Conventional Fishing Tool Supervisor - Responsibilities:

• Running multiple mediums to high-risk applications in the Wellbore Intervention, single & Dual completion recovery , Section milling , Fishing, Whipstocks, Slot Recovery, Wellbore Clean Out
• Expanding and applying application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Intervention and/or other product group
• Ensuring the supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job
• Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completing all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
• Using experience and knowledge of applications to ensure products and services are of highest quality
• Conducting on-the-job training for some Fishing applications as required
• Handling special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
•             Have bachelor’s degree
•             Have minimum of 5 years running conventional fishing tools on workover and drilling rigs onshore and offshore
•             Have previous experience in single and dual completion recovery, single and dual section milling and pilot milling
•             Have previous experience open-hole fishing and whipstocks
•             Have previous experience in slot recovery and P&A operations

• Field of experience: Min 5 year
• Soft Skills: MS office
• Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): preferred
• Education Qualifications: Graduate
• Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Preferred
• Target Companies: Baker experienced preferred
