LCI Coordinator

As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner NES Advantage is now looking for: LCI Coordinator in Bergen.
 
Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities.
 
 
What will you be doing?

• Coordinate and follow up LCI deliverables throughout project execution.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, specifications and LCI standards.
• Monitor and report progress and status of LCI activities.
• Act as the focal point for LCI-related support and clarifications across project disciplines.
• Verify and maintain the quality of LCI documentation and metadata.
• Ensure timely delivery of LCI documentation according to project milestones and deadlines.

 
We think you should have:

• Strong knowledge of LCI processes, requirements, and deliverables within EPC projects.
• A detail-oriented approach, with excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken, is required.
• A good understanding of tag-to-document relationships, metadata structures, and information management principles.
• Experience with and working knowledge of central project applications.
• The ability to ensure compliance with client requirements, project procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support multidisciplinary project teams.
• A proactive approach to monitoring progress, resolving issues, and meeting project deadlines.
• Proficiency in STID and ProCoSys.
