Finance Specialist - Accounting Operations

Job Title: - Finance Specialist 1 - Accounting Operations_MB30
Location: - IN-HARYANA-GURGAON-10TH FLOOR, BUILDING 10B, PHASE 3, DLF CYBER CITY
Contract Duration: 1 year and further renewable
Role Type: - NES Contractor
Rotation / Work Schedule: 5 Days in a week and only UAE Holidays
Role base (Office, Onshore, Offshore or Workshop): Office


Role Summary: -
Responsible for general accounting and policy application & process administration for all cycles including inventory, revenue recognition, receivables/payables, intercompany, etc. Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive financial process/accounting services.

• Elaborates proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
• Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 months to complete, and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months

Essential Responsibilities: -

• Accounts Payable - PO & non-PO processing review, Vendor Management, GRN Follow ups, Reconciliation
• Accounts Receivable – Reconciliation, Customer Follow ups, Invoice processing & Management, Cash Management, Bad Debt
• FP&A - Reporting & Analysis, Payroll & GL, Data Management
• Supply Chain - Support supply chain team on inventory, COQ
• Audit - Provide and support with required data to Internal & External Audit Team
• Calls - Attend & Lead various Meeting

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-

• Years of experience: 2-3 Years
• Field of experience: Finance & Accounting
• Technical Skills: Accounting, Accounts Payable, AR, FP&A, Excel, SAP
• Soft Skills: Better Communication & Analytical skills
• Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): SAP & Excel
• Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in commerce.
• Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): Oil & Gas Industry Background preferred.
• Required Accreditations / Qualifications / Certification / Licenses including Driving License: SAP & Excel Certification but not mandatory
